RCSS School Nutrition Services prepares approximately 6,500 breakfast and 10,000 lunch meals for students each school day. The purpose of this survey is to gather feedback about our breakfast and lunch menus from parents, teachers, and staff. We will use this feedback to update our menus in order to enhance the school meal experience for our students. These are the grade level winners for the Fall Football Reading Challenge. Ms. Lanier's class won overall turning in 68 reading logs. We are beginning our Winter Reading Challenge. Remember to keep reading and fill out those reading logs!!
To celebrate the holiday season, New Market Elementary is having a Holiday Spirit Week (Dec. 16-20). Each day we will have a different theme. We hope all students will join in on the fun!
The early release day on Friday, December 20 will mark the beginning of our Winter break. Students will return to school on January 2.

Due to the inclement weather and road conditions, all schools will be closed today (12/3/24). As a result of this decision, today (12/3/24) will become an optional teacher workday.
We are looking forward to starting MakerSpace activities in the STEM Lab. MakerSpace is a great way for students to open their minds and problem solve. In the flier are suggestions of items we may need, but there are so many different things that could by used. It it's not on the list, but you think it would be a good item for creative engineering please send it (or you could reach out to me.) Thank you for your support of New Market Elementary STEM Lab.
